COURSE FEES
General Course
Class Size: Max 16 Lessons per week: 20 Age: Min 18 or high school graduate
• Materials & KAI⋮DLS (Digital Learning System) fee includes KAI's original digital learning materials, commercial printed books and various handouts as well
as usage of custom developed software and services.
• All General Course students are required to use an iPad for their lessons. iPads that can be used in class are iPads, iPad Air, and iPad Pro that are less
than 3 years old and have a storage of 64 GB or more. The iPad mini is too small for viewing course materials. Please note that Wi +Cellular type iPads
purchased outside of Japan may not work on Japanese mobile networks. A rental iPad is available for a fee as listed above, however, the availability is
limited, so please consult with us in advance if you wish to use one.
• A rental iPad for temporary use is available at 500 yen per day.
• The cost required for extracurricular activities such as transportation and admission fees are paid by students on site.

KAI Summer Teen Program For 13 - 17 Year Olds (Beginner Level Only)
Class Size: Min 5, Max 16 Lessons Per Program: 27 or 42 Age: 13 to 17
• Arrangement fee applies to each student separately. In addition, tuition fees above are prices for every 45 minute lesson.
The package price includes below. It can be customized. Please contact us for detail.
• 900 minutes of Japanese lessons (90 mins/day, 10 days in total). Class material included.
• Examples of activities: Sightseeing in Tokyo, Japanese culture experience, Kabuki, Sumo, etc. (suggestions will be made based on the season of the year).
• 5 lunches and 5 dinners.
• Price estimate changes accordingly to the types of activities and accommodation, as well as airport transfer option.
• Application must be made at least 3 months before the requested start date.

OTHER FEES
Accommodation
• The school has a list of accommodation partners for homestay, share houses, short-term furnished apartments, economy hotels, etc. Students can book
their accommodation directly with our partners, or request the school to book for them (at an arrangement fee). Please refer to our accommodation price
list for more details.
*Arrangement fee has to be paid to KAI in advance along with other fees. Please pay the transportation fee directly to the driver on the day itself.
*Kindly note that transportation fee varies depending on the travel distance. Contact the school if you would like to nd out more on the price estimate.
*Arrangement fee will not be refunded after airport pickup arrangement is complete. Kindly note that a cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations
made on one’s own convenience. For more information, please contact the school.
• This service is available at both Narita and Haneda International Airport. The staff at Limousine Bus counter at the airport will provide you with support on
transportation, currency exchange, etc. An additional late night fee of 2,100 JPY will be added to the above fee for ights arriving (ETA) between
22:00-04:59.
