At Mario’s home

Jhordan: good morning, how are you, brothers?

Italo: Hi Mario, I’m good thanks. But Alonso is not good, he has fever and headache.

Jhordan: Oh what’s a pity? you should go to the doctor.

Wener: I went to the doctor yesterday, but I don’t feel well yet.

Italo: He has a treatment for three days.

Wener: I have to take a rest during my treatment. It’s very boring to stay home.

Zenibio: Hello everyone. It’s good to see you together.

---- everyone greets each other

Wilder: yes, I’m happy to see you everyone again, friends. Mario! Do you already
feel better?

Jhordan: No, I don’t. I have fever and headache yet.

Zenobio: I had a horrible stomachache and diarrhea last week. I went to the doctor. I
drank a lot of water and took my medicine for four days.

Wilder : that’s good! It is much better to go to the doctor and get treatment instead of
medicating yourself.

Jhordan: that’s truth!

Zenobio: Ok boys! I want to go to the university I have classes. See you later.

……...Everyone says goodbye

Managers of health service providers´ institutions

must make timely and sound decisions, and
appropriately identify their main problems, to
propose improvement actions in the management
of their institutions.

The main problems identified by managers of

health facilities are the scarcity of human
resources, the lack of inputs and medicines, the
poor infrastructure and the budget deficit. These
results provide useful knowledge for health
managers and decision makers who have the
responsibility to make informed and timely
decisions to improve the quality of services and
user´s satisfaction.

Conclusions

saturated fat and added sugar or sodium.

Maintain a healthy weight. If you lose excess weight and keep it off, you lower your
risk of heart disease and several types of cancer.

Get moving. Exercise can help you control your weight and lower your risk of heart
disease and stroke. Choose activities you enjoy, such as brisk walking or dancing.

Limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you decide to drink alcohol, do so

only in moderation. For women, that means a maximum of one drink a day. One
drink is equivalent to 1.5 ounces of 80-proof regular liquor, 12 ounces of beer, or a 5-
ounce glass of wine. The risk of certain types of cancer, such as breast or liver
cancer, appears to increase depending on the amount of alcohol you consume and
how long you have been consuming it regularly.

Control stress. If you feel like you are always on edge or under attack, your daily
habits may be affected and your immune system too. Take steps to reduce stress or
learn to deal with it in a healthy way.
