Foundation, and IT Expert at Efoy ICT and Security Solution have provided me with a strong foundation in
diagnosing and making corrective maintenance and repairs on IT equipment. In addition, I am experienced in
supporting IT users primarily on onsite support according to established Service Level Agreements, providing
training to users on new applications, computers, and IT systems, conducting preventive and corrective
maintenance, coordinating warranty repair actions for equipment under warranty, and registering, managing,
and closing all IT-related incidents and issues.

I have installed and configured computer hardware, operating systems, printers, scanners, IT-related equipment,
networks, different applications, and provided required standard and on-demand reports. I have also tested and
evaluated new IT equipment accessories purchased, diagnosed hardware and software network problems, made
routine checks, and reported on the performance level of all IT equipment.

As an IT professional, I have maintained and provided general support for Local Area Networks (LANs), wide area
networks (WANs), stand-alone systems, and any specialized systems, including any associated
network/backbone/infrastructure hardware/software. I have liaised and worked with other IT units and central
IT Support staff to solve user problems, set up new users' accounts and profiles, and dealt with password issues.
Furthermore, I have provided training to users on new applications, computers, and IT systems.
