Respected Sir,
1. I, Shri Murtuza Saifuddin Najmi, hereby make an application for
membership of the HUSAINI-TAHERI CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD
having address at Fakhri Colony, building no. 8/9, Church Road,
Bhayander (West), Thane - 401101, and for transfer of shares and
interest of the deceased member of the society, in the capital/property
of the society.
(2) SHRI SAIFUDDIN NAJMUDDIN NAJMI who was member of the
society in respect of Flat no. 101, admeasuring about 210 sq.fts.
(Built-up) equivalent to 19.52 Sq.mtrs (Built-up) on the First floor
of the building known as HUSAINI-TAHERI CO-OP. HSG. SOC.
LTD, at Fakhri Colony, building no. 8/9, Church Road,
Bhayander (West), Thane-401101 and also a bona-fide member of
the society and holding share certificate no. 07 for five fully paid up
shares of Rs. 50/- each number from No. 31 to 35 (both inclusive).
(3) That SHRI SAIFUDDIN NAJMUDDIN NAJMI died intestate on
23/11/2009 and his wife namely MRS. JAINAB S. NAZAMI died
intestate on 22/07/2002 and one of their married son YUSUF
SAIFUDDIN NAJMI died on 25/08/2023 and leaving behind their
following surviving legal heirs -

myself, my sister-in-law namely Mrs. Tasneem Yusuf Najmi & my

nephew namely Mr. Abbas Yusuf Najmi and Master. Juzer Yusuf
Najmi (the heirs of Late Yusuf Saifuddin Najmi died on
25/08/2023). there is/are no other legal heir/s of the Deceased MR.
SAIFUDDIN NAJMUDDIN NAJMI.
(5) I hereby state that, my sister-in-law namely Mrs. Tasneem Yusuf
Najmi & my nephew namely Mr. Abbas Yusuf Najmi and Master.
Juzer Yusuf Najmi have released, relinquished and transferred their
undivided share and interest in said Flat in my favour by executing a
Deed of Release by heirs of deceased dated 01 st March 2024 registered
with office of sub-assurance of Registrar, Thane– 7 bearing
registration no. TNN-7-3631-2024. In view of the said Deed, I am
entitled to make an application for membership of the Society for
transfer of shares and interest of the deceased member in the
capital/property of the Society to my name as per rule 35 of bye-laws
of the society.
(6) I remit herewith an amount of Rs. 100/- as entrance fee our particulars
for the purpose of consideration of my application for membership of
the Society are as under:

(7) I undertake to discharge the present and future liabilities to the
Society. I have got understood the bye-laws of the Society and
undertake to abide by the same and any modifications that the
 Registering Authority may make in them. I request you to please admit
me as a member of the Society and transfer the shares and interest of
the deceased member in the capital/property of the Society to my
name.
(8) The share certificate held by the deceased member is enclosed
herewith. I undertake to use the Flat for purpose for which it was
allotted to or acquired by the deceased member and that any change of
user will be made with prior approval of the society.

(1) The expression “a member of a family” means as defined under bye-law no. 3 (xxv).
(2) The undertaking about registration of the Flat is not necessary if the nominee is related to the
deceased member within the meaning of Section 2(41) of the Income-tax Act
