The following questions are meant to ensure the progress of the cooperation between YP HKBP
High School and ZfA.
1. How is the school’s progress on committing to the ZfA so far?
2. How’s the situation between Pak Mark and ZfA at the moment?
3. A lot of things have happened in the past year. The school is aware that Pak Mark can’t
cooperate well with the school. It can be shown by no response from him related to the
facility and equipment he needs in the house, the unwillingness of Pak Mark to stay in the
house provided by BPP, and the extra-curriculum that is requested from him is not yet
given. We feel that we can’t work with him that way. So, is there a chance to replace Pak
Mark with someone else?
If our request can be fulfilled our follow-up questions are:
a. What problem(s) could occur if Pak Mark’s contract is canceled before this academic
year is over?
b. Are there any consequences for the school for not extending the Pak Mark contract in
school?
But, if our request is rejected by ZfA, what can you offer to overcome this situation?
4. About the A2 test that will be held in April, who will be responsible for designing the test
if Pak Mark is no longer in school? By any chance, is it possible for our local teacher to
take over the role?
