NATIONAL OFFICE, AND A REGIONAL OFFICE IN EACH
ADMINISTRATIVE REGION IN THE COUNTRY WHICH SHALL
BE HEADED BY A REGIONAL DIRECTOR.

AT THE PROVINCIAL LEVEL, THE BFP SHALL MAINTAIN

AN OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR WHICH SHALL
IMPLEMENT THE POLICIES, PLANS AND PROGRAMS OF
THE BUREAU, AND MONITOR, EVALUATE AND
COORDINATE THE OPERATIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE
FIRE SERVICE OPERATING UNITS AT THE CITY AND
MUNICIPAL LEVELS.

IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION, THERE SHALL BE

ESTABLISHED DISTRICT OFFICES HEADED BY A DISTRICT
DIRECTOR WITH SUBORDINATE FIRE STATIONS HEADED
BY A CITY FIRE CHIEF OR A MUNICIPAL FIRE CHIEF, OR
FIRE STATIONS HEADED BY A STATION COMMANDER, AS
THE CASE MAY BE.

AS THE FOURTH OFFICER IN COMMAND, SHALL BE CALLED
THE CHIEF DIRECTORIAL STAFF, LIKEWISE WITH THE
RANK OF FIRE LIEUTENANT GENERAL. THE CHIEF
DIRECTORIAL STAFF SHALL BE ASSISTED BY THE
DIRECTORS OF THE DIRECTORATES IN THE NATIONAL
HEADQUARTERS WITH THE RANK OF FIRE MAJOR
GENERAL. THE HEADS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES SHALL BE HEADED BY
A DIRECTOR WITH THE RANK OF FIRE BRIGADIER

RANK OF JAIL COLONEL WHO SHALL BE ASSISTED BY THE
DEPUTY PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR FOR ADMINISTRATION

CLASSIFICATION LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
