Job aid for Allstate India New Hires
Allstate India Onboarding Process Flow:
An overview of how the ASPL onboarding business processes work in synergy from pre-onboarding system until
the start date of the new hire. After onboarding is initiated from the recruitment system, the Talent Acquisition
(TA) Team collects the new hire information and reviews the new hire data. Once TA team completes this,
candidates will receive login emails to complete the mentioned formalities as under.

Steps to complete Onboarding formalities
Step 1) External User Welcome Message
New hire receives an email with the login credentials.

Step 2) Personal Data Collection
This is the first task for a new hire to perform in the Onboarding system. A tile ‘Provide Data for Onboarding’ is
created as soon as a new hire resets the password and logs into the system. As soon as this tile is clicked, new hire
gets redirected to the screen shown below. Screen captures can be found here for your reference.

Step 3) Additional Onboarding Data Collection
This task gets created for the new hire as soon as ‘Personal Data Collection’ task is completed. New Hire logs into
the system and clicks on the tile ‘Complete Additional Onboarding Tasks’ available in the homepage as shown
below in the screen capture to complete this step.

Sub Task- Company Policies
New hire must acknowledge all the Policies mentioned in the form and then proceed by hitting ‘Next’ button.

Step 3) Document Flow - Candidate
This task gets created for the new hire as soon ‘Additional Onboarding Data Collection’ task is completed. New
Hire logs into the system and clicks on the tile ‘Complete e-Signing of Documents’ available in the homepage as
shown below in the screen capture to complete this step. Once the new hire completes the personal and additional
paperwork for the onboarding process, 5 document(s) gets generated. These auto-populated documents require electronic
signatures from the new hire.

Different statuses and how it’s calculated
• Completed - When the tasks under the respective columns are completed
• Overdue - When the task due date has elapsed. The status is set to overdue immediately after the due
date
• Needs Attention - If the due date for the task is within the next 5 days
• Due Today - When the task is due today
