PART 1: Home, surroundings, origin, family and friends:

1. Where do you live? How long have you lived in your current city/town?
2. Is it better to live in a small or big place? Do you prefer living in a busy urban area or a
quiet rural area?
3. How important is it for you to have parks or green spaces near your home?
4. What kind of public transportation is available in your city/town?
5. Are there any special events or festivals that take placce in your area?
6. What changes would you like to see in your city/town to make it a better place to live?
7. Do you live in a house or a flat? Describe your favorite room
8. Do you get along with your brother/ sister/ parents?
9. Is your family important to you? Is friendship important to you?
10. Do you get along with your classmates?

PART 2:

Candidate A, here is your photograph. It shows two people on bicycles. Please tell us what you
can see in the photograph.

Candidate B, here is your photograph. It shows a groups of children. Please tell us what you can
see in the photograph.

PART 3:

Now, in this part of the test you're going to talk about something together for about two minutes.
I'm going to describe a situation to you.

A woman has been invited to her friend's wedding. She is trying to decide what she could buy her
friend for a wedding gift.

Here are some things she could buy. Talk together about the different things she could buy and
say which one would be best.
