10. How do you maintain friendships with people who live far away?
PART 2:
Now I’d like you to talk on your own about something. I’m going to give each of you a
photograph and I’d you to talk about it.
Candidate A. Here is your photograph. It shows two people in a kitchen.
Please tell us what you can see in the photograph. Candidate B, you just listen.
Candidate B. Here is your photograph. It shows people in the shopping centre.
Please tell us what you can see in the photograph. Candidate A, you just listen.
PART 3:
Now, in this part of the test you’re going to talk about something together for about two
minutes. I’m going to describe a situation for you.
A man’s daughter is going on a camping holiday. He wants to buy her something she can
take with her. Here are something he could get.
Talk together about different things he could get for her and say which one would be the
best.
PART 4:
1. Candidate A, have you ever been camping?
And what about you, candidate B?
2. Candidate B, do you prefer a holiday in a town or the countryside?
And how about you, candidate A?
3. Candidate B, is it better to go on holiday on your own or with other people?
