Short Term Rental Agreement

I. PARTIES
This Short Term Rental Agreement was made and executed

II. TERM / PERIOD

● The rental amount for the term of this Agreement is

Rental payments shall be made by _5750 AED Monthly.
● The Rental period is from 20/04/2024 to 20/07/2024 (inclusive).

III. SECURITY DEPOSIT

● The tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of ____1000 AED______________.

This amount shall be refunded after the Tenant leaves the property and
an inspection made by the Landlord. This security deposit shall be used to
cover any damage to the property when necessary.
 IV. OCCUPANTS

The maximum number of occupants shall be ________2__________. The occupants

shall only be the friends and family members of the Tenant.

V. UTILITIES AND FURNITURE

● Under this Agreement, subleasing of property is not permitted. The Tenant
agrees not to assign this Agreement or sublease the property under any
circumstances. In such a case, the Landlord shall terminate this Agreement
without giving any other reason.

The undersigned hereby agreed that both parties read the agreement and
acknowledge it.
