coffee beverages.
 1.3Provide General information about the coffee beans to

 1.4Complete Mise-en-place for coffee service according to
establishment’s standards and procedures.
 2.1Prepare Hot and cold espresso-based beverages
according to standard recipes of the establishments
 2.2Serve or use only good/perfect shots of espresso in the
beverages.
 2.3Selct appropriate cups/glasses and accessories according
to the beverage ordered.
 2.4Serve espresso beverages immediately.
 3.1Prepare brewed coffee according to the brewing method
desired by the guest.
 3.2Brew coffee according to ideal brewing time of the
method
 3.3Weigh or measured coffee beans according to brewing
method.
 3.4Serve brewed coffee immediately.
