A. Great Santa Run: Saturday, December 3, 2011 This will take place at Town Square Las Vegas. We will begin volunteering at 6:00 AM, but the ending time is currently unsure of. B. Rock N Roll Las Vegas Marathon: Sunday, December 4, 2011 The marathon will be held at Mandalay Bay. The marathon starts at 4:00 PM. More info will be announced next meeting.

C. Elections: Wednesday, December 7, 2011 Want to be a class representative or our Key Clubs Bulletin Editor? Representatives (We need a freshmen, junior, and senior rep): Be prepared to give a speech on why youd be a good representative and how youd do your job. Bulletin Editor: Make sure you know your graphic standards, have a poster ready, and lastly, have a good speech as well.

D. Key to College Program: Saturday, December 10, 2011 The Key to College Program is going to be at UNLV. The time is from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This program is recommended for juniors and seniors. If you are interested in attending, contact President Melissa Kuan. Seniors get spots first. There will be a waiting list. We will also be having a guest speaker from the Key to College Program come to talk at a later meeting. E. Secret Santa Drawing/Movie Meeting: Wednesday, December 14, 2011 On our last meeting before winter break, we are going to be watching a movie and drawing names for those who wish to participate with Secret Santa. The gift range will be around $5 to $10. The gifts will be exchanged at our winter social. *Refer to letter H. F. Magical Forest: Monday, December 19, 2011 Our club will be volunteering at the Magical Rainforest hosted my Opportunity Village. Their address is 6300 West Oakey Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. The date we planned on volunteering was already full, so we are possibly changing the date to December 19. G. Fundraising We will be selling our lanyards and key chains. For our lanyards, they will start off at $5 and later on, the price will increase. So make sure to buy your lanyard! Are there any other ideas for fundraising? H. Winter Social: To Be Announced We will be having a social during our winter break. The day will be announced next meeting. Are there any suggestions where it should be held? Or are there any volunteers who wouldnt mind having it at their house? I. Drunk Driving Pledges We will be doing drunk driving pledges. For every pledge, it will be $1. All the money made from the pledges will go to MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). J. Kickball for Cancer: To Be Announced We will be raising money for kids with cancer by playing kickball. Every wristband sold during lunch for this event will be toward this event. The event will take place around October or November.

K. Food Drive: To Be Announced The food drive is for Salvation Army. The date and time will be announced later on. L. Donations for Whitney Elementary School Our club is giving Whitney ES donations. You can bring in things such as canned foods, fruit snacks, clothes, etc. We plan on bringing these items to the school the week before winter break! M. K-Kids Meeting: TBA The meeting will be at Jack Dailey Elementary School from 3:00-4:00 PM in the cafeteria. The day is still unknown. N. Key Club Scholarship If you are a senior and would like to apply for the Key Club scholarship, contact President Melissa Kuan.
