Developing Partners to Bring Expertise to SMB Customers In line with its vision, Emerson will embark on a major initiative to enhance the competencies of its partners in Southeast Asia. It will launch a series of programs that will enable partners to better address the needs of its SMB and small and medium enterprise (SME) customers. The SMB marketplace continues to be a key driver of growth for us, and in step were adding more partners across the region. Were very selective in choosing our partners and so far we have 40 new large system integrators who are interested to increase their profile as a one-stop solutionsprovider, said Prashant Mehar, channels business director of Emerson Network Power in Southeast Asia. Further, were conducting intensive training so we can help them address the market needs we identified. Were dedicated to solving our customers information technology and computing (IT&C) infrastructure challenges through our complete range of IT infrastructure solutions which are also available to our SMB customersadds Prashant. Emerson is currently conducting a series of trainings focused on helping partners gain more expertise and confidence in promoting its power and cooling products, monitoring solutions and services. The program will also offer incentives for competency in Emersons breadth of products and solutions. We want to further strengthen our commitment to our partners across the region.
