Vision Statement

The vision of the GSFC is quality of the product and customer satisfaction. And as per the market share we can says that Gsfc has achieved the brand value in the market and the capture the market share. In the fertilizer product, the Brand name Sardar under it sell the fertilizers. While in the industry product, Gsfc is directly sell to the companies. So as per the vision statement, GSfc is provide the multi product, and its ecofriendly. Because Gsfc is spread in 648 hectares in which 32% in the green belt. GSFC has emerged as world leader in the production of Melamine, and export this product to 32 countries likes U.K., Netherlands, Germany, Russia, UAE, Japan, China, Canada, etc

Towards development of the greener technologies, GSFC is implementing Wind Energy Power Plant with capacity of 10MW.

Mission Statement

In the mission statement, GSfc is commitment the quality of service to the Agriculture. For the Service, GSfc has to open the Depots for the around 133 farm Information Centre cum Depots in Gujarat

For the quality of the product, GSfc is using the quality of input, like for the fertilizer production, its import the rock phosphate from the foreign country.

For the creativity, The Company is having ample thrust on R & D and Application Development for promoting Nylon-6. While GSfc is Sell their product at the competitive price. vegetable at cheap rate easily. So far Improving the life Society.

Value Statement

In the Value Statement, GSFC has strong commitment towards the clean the environment. So that it adopt the QEHS policy. Q-Quality certificate 9001, E- Environment certificate 14001, H-Occupational Health & S-Safety 18001. and also received the RC LOGO. GSFC is 8th Company in India to received RC LOGO and Certification For its Commitment towards Quality, Environment, Occupation Health and Safety (QEHS) of its employee and People living in surrounding areas. For the commitment toward the Hard work, Discipline, mutual respect. Its shows in the Balance sheet,In 2008-2009 profit after tax is 499 crores. For the commitment toward professionalism through HRD, after the some interval GSfc organized the in house training program held by HRD department.

So we can conclude that the vision, mission & Value statement of GSFC are as per the marker share and performance.
