3 Laser source is properly aligned and clean.
4 Mirrors and lenses are free of dust, wear and damage.
5 Gases are available and has a proper pressure.
6 Gas lines are free of leaks or blockades.
7 Cutting head for proper alignment and focus.
8 Nozzles and lenses are free of wear and damage.
9 All axes move smoothly. (Check by extending them fully).
10 All axes don’t backlash or play excessively.
11 Way covers are free of damage and blockades.
12 seals are free of wear and damage.
13 Coolant is at the appropriate level and concentration.
14 Hoses, pump, and heat exchanger are free of leaks or damage.
15 All electrical components, including switches, buttons, and lights,
function properly.
16 electric cables are free of wear and damage.
17 Emergency stop buttons function correctly.
18 Interlocks and safety guards operate properly.
19 Exhaust and filtration system functions properly.
20 Not more than 1/4th of laser gas drying filter’s colour is not changed
to red or white. (its normal colour is blue.)
21 Travel switch bracket and bumper bracket screws are tightened.
22 Laser’s gas mixing unit is free of oil and water.
23 Oil levels of the vacuum pump and Roots pump are adequate.
24 Condensate water level of compressed air separator is adequate.
(located in the air supply unit.)
25 When the vacuum pump is cold, its oil level is between + 5mm – 0mm
of the oil window middle line. (located under the air supply unit.)
26 When the Roots pump is cold, its oil level is between + 5mm – 0mm
of the glass centre line. (through the oil window on the end face of the
gear box.)
27 Vacuum pump and roots pump use HTCL2100 oil.
28 Valve disc of air compressor is in good condition.
29 Main circuit and all connection terminals in the regulator are
tightened.
