O er a HOME Repair Program to address owner- HCR occupied housing rehabilitation needs in the Village of Fort Edward, providing 20 owneroccupants with deferred loans for up to $25,000 to address necessary repairs to their homes. Home improvement of approximately 20 units on various sites in the Town and Village of Fort Edward. The Village of Fort Edward will purchase the southern end of Rogers Island, which is important in the history of the French and Indian War. Rogers Island is rich in historical artifacts and contains a burial ground and former living quarters for soldiers. The ultimate plan for the historic area is a trail system together with informational exhibits and kiosks identifying areas of historical signi cance. The artifacts will be kept with the Rogers Island Visitor Center. Implement Phase II of the Water Line Capital Plan in the Depot Neighborhood in the Village of Fort Edward. HCR

Design and construct a re sprinkler system and make related water supply improvements for the new sprinkler system at Pleasant Valley skilled nursing facility in Washington County. Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits will be reserved for future projects including business investments in targeted industries that are within the region and that create or retain jobs, create capital investment and are consistent with the Strategic Plan. NYSERDAs Commercial and Industrial (C&I) programs o er New York businesses solutions to improve energy e ciency and save money through design, new construction, renovation, and process improvements to commercial and industrial buildings. The New Construction Program and Existing Facilities Program help building owners make informed decisions to design and renovate sustainable buildings. The FlexTech program can o er energy saving opportunities through consultation and costsharing studies. Industrial and Process E ciency Program can help organizations increase product output and data processing e ciency.
