The team
Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transactions team provides end-to-end advisory solutions to help unlock and preserve value in
mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investigations, and disputes, and drive a greater impact for our clients and society. Our
M&A Transaction Diligence team (also known as the financial due diligence team) advises clients on managing M&A strategy,
executing deals, and negotiating valuation adjustments and Share Purchase Agreements.

Work location

The role is for candidates to be hired to our offices in Bangalore. We largely work on a hybrid model (certain days in office and
others at home).
