When you start SCE :

• If it is successful , you have 2 windows :

‒ One for SCE editor

‒ One Command line window that must never be

closed

With no license, and XML parser not installed: just SCE installed you can edit but not generate

In case of fail start of SCE :
(the application window closes just after launch)

• Go to installation folder:
• Open the text file [Link]
• Edit this file with a text editor
‒ Go to lines 76,77…

• Modify value of
original value : [Link]=1299999744
To [Link]=1099999744
• Save and restart SCE … if it fails again, reduce again to 899999744
This value is for Java configuration and can change depending on current running applications on
each PC …
