Health Protocol Flow Chart Upon Entering School Premises.

Step 1
Check if the student wearing surgical face
mask and face shield and scan for body
temperature.

Step 2
Wash hands using soap and water.

Step 3
Scan StaySafePH QR Code upon entering
campus.

Step 4
Upon entering the assigned floor their wash
with alcohol upon entering the classroom

Step 5
Ensure that each assigned classroom has only
10 students.
