Choudhary Garments India, established in 1970, is a leading force in the
garment industry, committed to providing comprehensive Design-to-Delivery
solutions.
We focus on diverse product categories for Women's and Men's apparel across
Knits and Wovens. Our philosophy centers on delivering good quality products
at competitive prices. We thrive on innovation and collaboration, forming
dynamic brand partnerships to push creative boundaries.
Our Management team is experienced, progressive thinking, and has a process-
driven commitment towards embracing the global apparel market. Our
efficiency stems from a skilled team integrating Product Design, CAD/
Sampling, R&D, IE, Merchandising, Quality Control, and Production
Planning. Our out-of-the-box thinking and unyielding ambition drive us to
surpass industry standards, making Choudhary Garments India a symbol of

INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
With offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Shaoxing, we operate 5 fully-owned
state-of-the-art manufacturing units spanning over 350,000 square feet,
boasting a capacity of over 600,000 pcs per month in our Mumbai and
Karnataka factories. We are setting up a 6th Plant with 12 acres to increase
our Production Capacity to 850,000 pcs per month by March 2025.
Our Design Studios prioritize efficiency and quality through modern
technology and are enhanced by Gerber CAD and Fabrications sourced from
India and China. There is a Process that follows Styles from Preorder R&D of
BOM and sewing Construction through TNA, Planning and PCD till
Shipment. Our facilities comprise of in-house computer Embroidery, Testing
Labs, Italian and Japanese Sewing Machines and CNC Cutters from Morgan
Italy. The entire process is captured digitally with our ERP called WFX.
Additionally, we are working towards further updating our Facilities with
Digitisation and Sustainability requirements.

every fabric batch before issuing it to manufacturing units. State-of-the-art technology ensures comprehensive fabric
testing, verifying adherence to required parameters.
Thorough Fabric Inspection: Sourcing fabrics globally from reputable mills, our extensive team of experts inspects every
inch for uniformity in colour, printing, and finishing. With a presence in textile centres in India and China, we ensure
rigorous evaluation of raw materials.
QMS Process: We adhere to a robust Quality
Management System (QMS), ensuring the
highest standards in our processes, especially for
esteemed clients like Walmart, US Polo, and
Ralph Lauren.
Advanced Garment Manufacturing: Our state-of-
the-art manufacturing plants feature machinery
from renowned brands, including Juki, Brother,
Pegasus, Ngai-Shing, Wastema Eastman, and
Hashima. Diverse machines cater to various
operations, ensuring meticulous attention for an impeccable finish.
Comprehensive Garment Finishing: Beyond stitching, our finishing units feature cutting-edge equipment like steam iron
vacuum tables and cold spot stain removal machines. Every garment undergoes a thorough recheck before finishing,
ensuring perfection in both design and execution for our valued customers.

FUTURE PLANS
Choudhary Garments is proud to announce the establishment of a cutting-edge 1200-machine factory in Vkota, Andhra
Pradesh. Phase 1, commencing operations by March end 2024 with a capacity of 250,000 pcs/month, marks the beginning of
our ambitious growth journey. Phase 2, slated for March 2025, will add an additional capacity of 250,000 pcs/month, bringing
our total production capacity to an impressive 1,100,000 pcs/month.
In tandem with our commitment to innovation, we are embarking on a digitization initiative to go completely paperless.
Investing significantly in software and hardware, including the INA Hanger system, we aim to create a digital outline of
our processes, enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
Choudhary Garments is also taking strides towards Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and combating
climate change. Partnering with an esteemed Australian company specializing in ESG and climate change laws for the EU
and the US, we are dedicated to contributing towards creating a better world for all. As we expand our operations, our
