OBSERVATION/ COMMENT
1. The safety critical gadgets are found functional including, anti two block, the
Alarm systems and the lightings.
2. LMI is fixed and functional.
3. No significant leakages were observed from the seals, valves, outriggers and the
hydraulic hoses.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Load chart should always be kept in the crane cabin and should be consulted
before commencement of any Lifting Operations.
2. Crane must not be use to lift loads more than the designated SWL.
3. Operate crane only in accordance with the recommendations as given in the
manufacturers’ manuals and only competent operators should operate the crane.
