BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK.
The Authority intends to acquire high quality, durable and easily maintainable cell
phones and iPad. The cell phones and iPad brands favoured are Apple and Samsung
or equivalent.
Bidders must ensure that the proposed equipment meets the minimum specifications
stated in the technical specification and compliance sheet. An extensive
acceptance testing will be conducted to ensure the products meet the minimum
technical specifications; failure to meet minimum technical specifications will result in
the rejection of the entire consignment of which NSSA will not meet any cost of the
delivery of such equipment.
MINIMUM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
There are seven (7) lots for this tender and these are as follows:
Lot 1: Supply and delivery of 5* iPhones 15 Pro Max (512Gb) /equivalent
Lot 2: Supply and delivery of 3* iPhone 15 Pro (256Gb)/ equivalent
Lot 3: Supply and delivery of 1* iPhone 15 Pro (512Gb)/ equivalent
Lot 4: Supply and delivery of 1* Samsung Galaxy S24 (256GB) / equivalent
Lot 5: Supply and delivery of 2* Samsung Galaxy S24 PLUS (256GB)/ equivalent

NOTE: Bidders are not restricted to one lot. All lots may be won by one bidder or
different bidders depending on how the bid responses address the tender
requirements.

1. Bidders are required to provide proof of product dealership from the
manufacturer of the proposed product.
2. Bidders are required to include technical literature to positively support the
details provided in column c of the compliance sheet.
3. The quotations or the financial proposal should clearly show the items quoted.
Bidders must note that the above items are part of technical requirements, failure to
provide them in the bid proposal will lead to automatic disqualification. Please be
guided accordingly.
