About the Role:
As the Operations Manager at Macosine, you will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of our operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to
high standards of quality. While a technical or engineering background is preferred, we’re open
to experienced operations professionals with a proven record in managing technical teams and
projects. You’ll work closely with senior management to align operations with Macosine’s
strategic goals, contributing directly to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with
Macosine’s objectives, supporting efficiency and growth.
● Operational Oversight: Manage project workflows, resource allocation, and quality
control to meet operational targets.
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of
accountability and excellence.
● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, boosting
productivity and operational efficiency.
● Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are
achieved.
● Risk & Compliance: Proactively address operational risks and ensure compliance with
relevant regulations and safety standards.
● Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects
meet or exceed client expectations.
● Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and other metrics, using data to drive continuous
improvement.
● Innovation: Support initiatives that enhance our competitive edge and contribute to
operational excellence.
Qualifications
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations
Management, or a related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
● Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably within engineering,
technical, or industrial sectors.
● Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and
inspiring high-performing teams.
● Analytical Mindset: Skilled in using data to make informed, strategic decisions.
● Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at
engaging clients and cross-functional teams.
● Project Management: Familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
● Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and cost
management.
