I, Medixzon B. Gaulberto from Culandanum, Aborlan Palawan and now currently living in
Bgy. Sta Monica Puerto Princesa City, I was enrolled at Western Philippine University for
school year 2002-2023, taking up Bachelor of Science in Criminology for first year, I wish to
apply for the scholarship as I saw our announcement in Palawan News on July 17, 2022, I
would like to express my sincerest gratitude for granting me a scholarship program, which is
very helpful for my studies.

I am from a poor farmer family, my father was widow since January 17,2016, he can’t afford
the expense on my higher study, I am therefore applying for the scholarship then I would like
to be the part of this program.
