I am Madelaine Grace A. Garcia, a 1st year Bachelor of Elementary Education student at Ateneo
de Zamboanga University, writing this letter for an application to the scholarship that you offer
to the eligible students of Ateneo de Zamboanga University. I would like to request to be part of
your scholarship program for the next academic year 2023-2024.
It gives me happiness in acknowledging your good work through providing scholarship to the
students who are in need. This kind of program is really a big help and blessing to our studies.
Especially to the students who has big dreams and hardworking but unable to continue due to
financial constraints. Just recently, the company that my mother is working for decreases their
salary for the reason of having a small number of clients inquiring to their business. With the
situation of my family right now, I am afraid that I might not be able to afford to pay my tuition
fee on time and this will affect in taking my midterm and final examinations.
This is why, as one of those who are in need of financial help and assistance, this scholarship
will greatly help to pursue my studies, and attain my goals. I will return the kindness you have
shown by studying hard, scoring high marks, and joining extracurricular activities.
