Agriculture:1. Electric connection to farmers in 30 days. 24 hours supply to farmers as done in Gujarat Jyotigram scheme. 2. Gobar gas plant and Solar power plants set up.

3. Fertilizer to be made available. Natural manure will be given importance over chemical fertilizer. 4. Pension for lifetime farmers. Insurance for farmer and his crops. major portion to be paid by govt. 5. 6. Cold storage and grain storage to be made available in required quantity. Agriculture Lab and Soil testing centers to be opened.

Rural Areas: -

1. Linking every village to every institution under state govt. and headquarters of every department using the computers and internet. 2. 3. Link all villages through E-Governance. Linking all villages with transport and communication facilities.

4. Establishing rural, cottage and small industries in villages to stop migration to cities. 5. Drinking water too be ensured by digging taps wherever required.

6. Villagers to be trained in fire fighting and disaster management, establishment of Gram Suraksha Samiti in each village without any caste discrimination.

Blocks Level Developments : 1. Establishing 100 bed modern hospital in every block. Must have X-ray, CT Scan, MRI facility. 2. 3. 4. 5. Establishing markets for sale of agri products. Establishing food processing unit. Encouraging establishment of Integrated Energy-Ethanol-Sugar industry. Schemes to encourage village/cottage industry.

Urban Development Plans : -

1. Developing satellite cities around highly populated and dense cities. This will reduce pressure on cities and facilities will be decentralised. 2. All the satellite cities will have very goood connectivity with eveyr other city.

3. All polluting industries will be shifted outside the cities. Strict steps for pollution control. 4. Metro and BRTS facility for big cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Banaras, Agra, Gorakhpur and Saharanpur. 5. All developments in cities will be done STRICTLY according to master plan.

6. Rehabillitation of all the slums based on their proper development. Minimum affect on their day to day life. 7. Lavatory for boys and girls in every school.

8. Establishing schools, hospitals and other necessary public facility in PPP mode.

9. Making available important facilities like Electricity, Drinking water, education, medicine and employment. Waste water management plants established. 10. All banks of rivers passing through any cities will be developed for commercial, tourism and entertainment.

Integrated SEZ for cottage industry, glass industry, hand craft etc. Special TAX holiday for BundelKhand region.

5. Single Window approval system for indutries. New laws to be passed to promote industries in the state. 6. 7. Long term financial assistance to SME. Incubation cneters for promoting new and promising entrepreneurs.

8. Special plans for protecting, promoting and spreading the HathKargha trades. Financial assistance, raw material availability to be taken care of. 9. Hathkarghar tradders will be providedd help of quality and management experts. They will be given chance to promote their products into international markets. 10. Cluster developmeht model of Hathkargha tradders. Design and training centers of international level to be opened for them.

Information Technology (IT) 1. 1 million direct and 3 million additional jobs indirectly created through IT. Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Allahabad and Jhansi will be promoted for IT industry. 2. Every child above class 5th willl get laptop worth 1000 Rs along with all necessary softwares. 3. 4. Primary medical centres to be connected through telemedicine services. Promoting E-Governance schemes.
