TERMS AND CONDITIONS y Manpower should not be involved in cash valuable transactions without prior consent. y Deployment shall be done within 6 days from the date of confirmation in writing. y Contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of commencement. At the time of renewal the contract value shall be raised upwards depending upon the increase in statutory and administrative charges. y For any termination of full or part of the contract the client shall provide 1 month prior notice. y The above quotation is valid for 30 days only from the date of submission. y The above rates include statutory compliances such as EPF. & ESI. y Service tax as applicable will be charged extra on the Total billed amount.
