RE: Request Letter for the Renewal of Accreditation
Dear Sir,
I, Abegail R. Ligon, Corporate Secretary of WYC Funtrip Travel and Tours Inc., is
complying for the Notice Letter dated on July 31, 2019 and we receive on September 02, 2019.
Stated that we failed to submit the following documents: (i) photocopy of latest Income Tax Return
(2018) with corresponding proof of payment; (ii) valid DOT Accreditation. And note further for
Jianting Cai, Chinese national, President of the company for valid visa/permit to engage in any
gainful employment/transactions in the Philippines.
We failed to submit the Audited Financial Statement for 2018 because the filling was on April
2019 and we applied for the Renewal of Accreditation was on February 28, 2019. The failure of
submission on documents mentioned above
requesting from your good office to please consider and grant our application for the Renewal of
Accreditation of our company.
In support of our application, we are attaching herewith the required documents for your
consideration.
With all the foregoing, we shall greatly appreciate your favorable consideration and prompt
