THERESA SALAVER-ELIAB
Director
Office of Student Affairs

Maam;
Good Day!
I am sincerely writing this letter to request for a reconsideration of my ID
validation without any sanction imposed due to unable to follow the strict policy of
our good office about the matter. I enrolled on April 10,2017 around 4:30 in the
afternoon. After I enrolled I went home immediately. I did not have the time to
validate my ID on April 11,2017 because my mother and I bought things to be
brought to Dubai. Like dried fish because my fathers CFC friends wants to have
a taste again of a Filipino made dried fish. So we went to stores near the NCCC
Malls early in the morning. After that we went to Malls like abreeza to buy things
for our travel. Like clothes, shoes and etc. clothes for my three sisters for me and
for my mother. After buying all of the things we needed for our vacation we went
home to pack our things. Since my two sisters are still young I, the eldest was the
one in charge to pack their things. It took time to pack our things especially
packaging tightly the dried fish so its smell will not spread. My mind was set on
packaging and buying things needed for our vacation. My ID that time was with
my mother because we need it in the immigration and my mother does not want
to prepare it on the day of our departure because I might forget to bring it. So she
kept it with her .We flew on April 12,2017 to Manila then to Dubai on the next day.
Our vacation was April12 – April 23,2017. I arrived yesterday on 10pm. Then
tried to validate my ID on April 24,2017. Please reconsider my sanction on the
late validation of my ID because I missed 1week of class and I need to catch up
to our past lessons. I need the time to study because it is my major subject. If I
don’t understand the past lessons most likely I will not understand the following
lessons. Attached here are the proofs that I was out for a family vacation within
the duration of ID Validation.

Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you so much. Ad Majorem dei
Gloriam!

Sincerely yours,
