The committee of Bashayer Al-khair located in Alnzhaa. As Bashayer Al-khair society didn't proceeded by an foundation in the world that adopted the fiducial method in treating drug addicted persons. Bashayer Al-khair society started it's experiment in Kuwait in 1993 and it got international results in treating drug addicted and their fully leaving of all kinds of drugs as in 1996 the result of leaving the drugs .was 70% and in 1998 it was 72% The people who benefit from the committee of Bashayer Al-khair is any addicted person who want's to quite and seek for willingness which consider as a volunteer. Involunteer, means those who doesn't want to quite or seek for willingness because their family forced them to be treated. Court order and also from the psychiatric addiction unit. As Bashayer Al-khair tried to pay the debts of the penitents in the world of addiction, to contribute to clear away the ghost of hunger therefrom and from their houses in coordination with Zakat House and charity people, to fulfil their need of such brothers penitent from addiction to take them back to their jobs from which they were dismissed, to regain back the relation cut between them and their .family and to seek to carry out their needs The main function of the commitee is fiducial method by providing psychological care, arranging seminars, lecture and cultural weeks for enlightenment in the field of drugs, printing monthly leaflets and producing cassette and videotapes related to drug case. Also preparing a weekly diwon for the penitent people and making an .annual minor Hajj and maritime trips One of the most important function of the commission is to fill the leisure time of the penitent addict.The committee organize a programme for penitent addict in a way that brings the good to them,

their family and their society such as practicing sports, desert and marine trips, teaching children and playing with them, visiting relatives, reading, participating in the holy Quran houses and health .clubs The rules of the commission is very simple by which any addicted person can join the committee of Bashayer Al-khair. Because the objective of this committee is to spread spirit of hope, or making available chances for healing and penitence. solving their problems .such as debts, family, job ...etc The functions of the commission is very helpful to the penitent in terms of the stressors physiological, psychological, sociocultural, :developmental and spiritual.It helps in Physiological: The committee provide physiological activities for addicted person such as sport activities that help to purify his body from all negative caused by the drugs. therefore, that improve their .health conditons Psychological: The committee provide special psychological care for the addicted person to inhence their health status and psychological .status to overcome their stress and solve their problems Sociocultural: The committee supply the patient with social support that help the patient to adjust his life style to bring the best and to improve his health status and teach them how to interact with the .society Developmental: The functions has really helped the addicted persons to change their old addiction behaviour and to replace it with a new Islamic behaviour. Also, helped them to work and solve the problems they were facing until the patient started following good behaviour .and started to forget their old addiction behavour Spiritual: The funcions has great effect on addicts where the Hajj trips created the meaning of pure soul especially for those patients who experience nervous and difficult times due to withdrawal

symptoms.Also, those functions provided a good environment for the person who gives up narcotics and alcohol, the petinet can practice .religious activity with a pure soul
