The purpose of the study is to assess the increased involvement of minors in

identifying the profile of the respondents and assessing the factors that affect PNP and
Barangay personnel with the involvement in illegal drag racing, and assessing the factors
affecting the involvement of youth in illegal drag racing activity at Vergara highway.
Moreover, the process deals with the method that was employed by the researchers in
gathering data for the study. It includes the interview guide questions, questionnaire or

data, interpretation of data, and presentation of data. In conclusion, the output based on
the findings is what action plan is provided in order to increase the number of arrests.
