This tournament is divided into two sessions:
Players can choose to play either session. If a player wish to play
both sessions, he will receive a discount of Rs. 100.

Session A: Under 7, 9, 11, 13 & Session B: Under 8, 10, 12, 16

SESSION A
Session A-(Morning) - Reporting time 9.00 am, Round 1 @ 9.15am
Time Control : 15 Minutes + 3 Second increment from move 1.
UNDER - 7 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2018)
UNDER - 9 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2016)
UNDER - 11 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2014)
UNDER - 13 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2012)

SESSION B

Session B-(Afternoon) - Reporting time 2.00 pm, Round 1 @ 2.15pm


Time Control : 10 Minutes + 5 Second increment from move 1.
UNDER -8 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2017)
UNDER -10 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2015)
UNDER -12 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2013)
UNDER -16 (Born on or After – 1st Jan 2009)
Tournament will be conducted as per Latest Fide Guidelines
A player is eligible to play all the rounds, irrespective of win/loss/draw.
Default Time: Clock Time
TIE BREAK: a) BH Cut 1, b) BH, c) SB, d) DE e) Greater no. of wins,
f) Greater no. of wins with black, g) Toss
General discipline should be maintained at tournament venue
Entry Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Organizers reserve the right to make any necessary changes before conduction of the
tournament & also reserve the right to accept or reject any entries without assigning
any reason.
Trophy 4th Prize onwards it will be a consolation Prize

•Session A - Under 7, 9, 11, & 13 Entry fees: Rs. 700/-


•Session B - Under 8, 10, 12 & 16 Entry fees: Rs. 700/-
•Player Playing Both Sessions: Rs. 1300 (with Rs. 100 discount)
•Last Date of Registration without late fees: 27th February 2025
•Rs. 800 applicable for payment made 28th February 2025 onwards.
Note : Spot entry Rs. 800 Only if Seat Available
