To liaise between the customer and the company and provide customer support. To ensure that the
customer grievances are handled satisfactorily.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Performance Indicators
Outbound calls
To make calls to customers and check satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions.
To inform them, about ongoing offers, schemes
To obtain possible leads from customers
MIS
To enter all call details in the software
To prepare reports on leads received from the customers.
To prepare reports on both positive and negative feedback, complaints, suggestions.
Inbound Calls
To handle calls on customer queries, complaints and suggestions
To interact and answer their queries.
To identify and escalate priority cases.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a
standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary
responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
