2. JOB SUMMARY
To liaise between the customer and the company and provide customer support. To ensure that the
customer grievances are handled satisfactorily.
3. KEY RESULT AREAS
 Outbound calls
 MIS
 Inbound Calls

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Performance Indicators
Outbound calls
 To make calls to customers and check satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions.
 To inform them, about ongoing offers, schemes
 To obtain possible leads from customers
MIS
 To enter all call details in the software
 To prepare reports on leads received from the customers.
 To prepare reports on both positive and negative feedback, complaints, suggestions.
Inbound Calls
 To handle calls on customer queries, complaints and suggestions
 To interact and answer their queries.
 To identify and escalate priority cases.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a
standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary
responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
