    SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

    PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT

    1-School Gate
    Before

    No notice board for school timings.

    After

    Notice Boards.

    2-School Name

    Before

    School name was not written any where.


    AFTER

    The school name.

    3- Principal Office
    Before

    Principal office comprises of: Two locked trunks, a chair, a small table full of stuff and untidy and incomplete cupboards

    AFTER

    Neat and clean office with all the necessities. Two trunks replaced by two well-organized cupboards Untidy and empty walls with neat and clean walls and with time tableteachers details and other important notices on it A wall-clock A computer A big office table with green cloth.

    5-Staff Room Before I found one spare room within the school. And have suggested that room for staff room.

    After

    6-Class- Room Before Untidy class rooms Poor sitting arrangement No charts or one or two charts but firstly in a very poor condition and secondly touching the roof.

    After Neat and clean class-rooms Proper sitting arrangement Nicely decorated class room .charts readable for students.

    7-A Journey from a Trunk to a Well-Organized Cupboard Before


    School Record

    School record was in a trunk and in a very haphazard condition.

    Trunk is replaced by a well organized cupboard

    8-No Concept of File Before No concept of keeping the important rather any documents separately in files.

    9-Daily Attendance report of whole school Before The attendance record of whole school was taken on pages and was then put in different shopping bags.

    After Well-prepared daily attendance report diary of whole school.

    10-Re-Use of Waste Material.


    Before No record of students leave. Applications of students were hanging here and there. After
    Application boxes - Duster/Board markers holders.

    I have suggested carpenter to use the extra pieces of wood (small pieces of wood left after making the cupboard) in making the application boxes and duster and board markers holder which he did.

    11-Availability of Necessary Stationary Before


    No availability of necessary stationary. The teachers told me that some times they are unable to use the white board due to the unavailability of board markers or ink. As city is quite far its not possible to make their availability on the same day.

    After I suggested the principal to make sure the Availability of necessary stationary at least for 3 months.which she did.

    12-Availability of First Aid Box Before No availability of first aid box. As city is far and.what if some student gets hurt.. No arrangement of emergency medication was there. After Availability of first aid box

    13-Courtyard Before Courtyard of the school was full of dust.

    After (Activity is in progress) Grassy and flowery play ground with foot paths made of bricks.

    14-Bare-foot Students Before A number of innocent students were bare foot.

    After I have announced that I will give toffees to the kids who will not come to school bare foot. Most of them then started wearing softies.no matter if those were of their parents or siblings.
