The Accenture Technology Innovation Center with a focus on creativity in Bucharest,

Romania. Accenture headquarters is based on a new typology of the workplace, focused on
the harmony between people and technology, where every employee has the opportunity to
choose where and how they work. The arrangement illustrates an organizational culture
oriented around the employee and his needs, especially those highlighted by the pandemic
period. Thus, the project aims to strengthen the sense of belonging and stimulate
collaboration, offering a safe working environment, in which the daily activity is
productive, carried out in conditions of comfort and protection.

The entire workspace is built around the central multifunctional area, called the Tech
Greenhouse, which serves as a space for informal meetings, hot desking, socializing, a
coffee point, or even a lounge bar. Here, too, plants are an extremely important presence,
representing the connection with nature and the outside space, and at the same time
contributing significantly to stimulating creativity and productivity, as well as keeping
employee motivation high.

Moreover, flexibility is one of the most important aspects of the project. The work area is
divided into project rooms, configured so that they can be easily separated by movable
walls or joined, leaving the possibility of creating new spaces of different sizes, easily
reconfigurable and adaptable to the needs of the teams that use them. Modular, mobile or
flexible furniture, in turn, allows numerous configurations. Thus, lounge spaces can
transform from socializing areas into informal meeting points or areas for presentations,
meetings or brainstorming.

Mobile desks, Information technology office 33 with integrated wheels, can be team or
individual work spaces, or training or meeting areas, and high tables can be used for
discussions or project work. In this way, the work environment is transformed into an
experience in which collaboration and the creative exchange of ideas are promoted, at the
same time providing the necessary support for a space that stimulates innovation, in
accordance with the company’s philosophy.

In order to adapt to the current post-pandemic needs of employees and to lend itself to a
hybrid work environment, the designed space has integrated technology, and all meeting
and discussion areas, as well as those for individual or team work, are technological,
containing digital equipment that complements the analog elements. The main meeting
room is fully automated, with retractable screen and projector and audio-video and lighting
solutions integrated into the KNX system, with voice command and smart control. They
are operated according to predefined scenarios, configurable according to the needs of the
participants.

The chosen finishes refer to the connection between technology and urban space, through
elements such as floor textures, exposed concrete or painted brick walls and metal furniture
details. All this is harmoniously tempered by warm, natural elements, such as wood and
plants integrated into the design. The ceiling is left exposed, in an industrial style, with the
installation routes fully visible. The color scheme consists of warm, pastel shades and
strong accents taken from the visual identity of the Accenture brand.

2 .Torq Offices –Tel Aviv

Switch up designed a warm and dynamic space for the Torq Offices in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Torq, a ground-up company that provides innovative security through automation,

approached Switchup for a new office design. Torq’s focus is to transform the way security
teams work by providing automation that simplifies the process, allowing them to deliver
better protection faster. To ensure the Torq team had the proper environment to innovate
their market, Switchup designed a 3,000 sq.m office space that promotes the company’s
philosophy of innovation.

The office has a natural aesthetic, with earth tones and wood finishing, which gives it a
warm, welcoming feel. Meanwhile, the inspirational quotes and artworks that embody
Torq’s philosophy are displayed throughout the office to boost employees’ motivation. The
tile wall patterns, which blend seamlessly into the space’s natural aesthetic, and neon lights
that highlight the company’s logo, showcase the innovation of the company. The office
layout, which was designed with openness in mind, ensures seamless communication and
collaboration among the security teams, leading to faster and better responses. This is the
type of office that makes you want to stand up and collaborate with other members of your
team.

The office’s design also maximizes natural light, making it nearly as bright as outdoors,
adding to the sunlight instead of replacing it. The office terrace invites people to take in the
outdoors, while the plants placed throughout the office help improve mental health and air
quality. The design also eliminates any clutter, providing an unobstructed and streamlined
workspace that supports Torq’s no-code automation platform.

With this office, Torq’s employees will have a space that supports them in their mission to
transform the security industry and provide better protection for their clients. Switchup is

3.Digient Technologies Offices – Chennai

Digient Technologies' workspace in Chennai is designed with unique themes and aesthetics
for each floor, featuring vibrant colors, natural elements, and inspiring quotes to create a
productive and uplifting environment.

ColabCompany was engaged by Digient Technologies to create a coastal-inspired aesthetic

for their offices in Chennai, India

The first step inside the building introduces one to the coastal-inspired ambience of the
ground floor with muted tints and shades of brown. A bold and elegant 3D artwork made
with real shells, corals and sand, complements the curvilinear furniture, transporting one to
a fun littoral destination. The locker room, with lockers painted in hues of red and yellow
add a vibrant stroke, seeking inspiration from the magnificent colors of the sunrise and
sunset.

As we ascend to floor one, we experience an unparalleled workspace vibe through

interesting nooks and corners, created for brainstorming, focused working and creative
sessions in a maximalist yet contemporary style. Adorned with vibrant green plants,
curvilinear, thoughtfullycrafted furniture and walls done through masterful colour
blocking, this modern floor is perfect to get one in the highly-productive zone of working
with an undistracting focus.

The next floor, floor two, stands out for bold jardin-style design patterns with a splash of
symmetry done up in an earthy palette. With benches and lamp posts that stimulate ideas

along with giving you the feeling of being in a park inside a stunning glasshouse, the
floor’s spaces are perfect to boost productivity, swiftly walking away from the mundane.

Floor three is a subtle nod to flowy simplicity. The jute-knitted chairs, the tall bamboo
plants with ivory, gray and violet seating options are effortlessly crafted in the style of
refined materiality, verticality and repetition. A faint reminder of Japan and a floor that
exudes Zen, the spaces are a sight for sore eyes and ergonomic to sit and work on for long
hours. A thoughtful use of ceiling and floor lamps, on a floor flooded with natural light,
illuminates it even further into a bright space, ideal for multiple ‘Eureka’ moments.

As we climb to the top floor, we see that it is a metaphor for futuristic design. The modern
composition is to give an impetus to a no-nonsense attitude towards work and to creation
of bright ideas that shape the times to come. Skillfully done in monotone, the floor-to-
ceiling windows and the bold curves create a style that is sui generis.

For a breath of fresh air, after a long meeting, the terrace opens up to the sky and exudes a
Soho garden vibe. It also has canopies to laze under at any given time of the day. This
creation by the Colab Company is where you don’t just enjoy working but also fall in love
with your craft again. The motivating quotes in different areas of the space are the final
cherry on the top – changing the definition of office spaces in India.
