Sir,

1. That Neha Singh D/o Sri Satyaveer Singh, Resident of- Gali No.4,
Jaiveer Nagar, Kunjpur Road, Sirsaganj, Distt.- Firozabad (UP)-
283151, was a full time employee of Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
2. That Neha Singh joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited through third
party contract(outsourcing company) as an offroll employee in Sales
Division.
3. That the conduct and performance of Neha Singh was satisfactory
and met the standards of the company.
4. That Neha Singh is not presently working in our company, she has
left the company in the month of July out of her own free will and
volition.
5. That the company cannot share the personal information and
antecedents of the employee as it is protected by the (employer-
employee) contract.
