Snickerdoodles

Prep Time | Baking Time 7 to 8 mins | Makes 6 dozen 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Cream Crisco, 1 1/2 c sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed until well blended. 3. Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Shape dough into 1 balls. 4. Combine 1/2 c granulated sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll bolls of dough in mixture (or use a Ziploc bag). Place 2 apart on ungreased baking sheet. 5. Bake at 400F for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.

1 c Butter Flavor Crisco 1 1/2 c sugar 2 eggs 2 T milk 1 t vanilla 2 3/4 c all-purpose flour 2 t cream of tartar 1 t baking soda 3/4 t salt 1/2 c sugar 2 t cinnamon
