dated 24/09/2020 by Department Of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, guidelines to
regulate and control ground water extraction in India, 2020 Micro and small Enterprises drawing ground water less than
10 cum/day are exempted.

The firm is exempted from seeking NOC. The firm shall install digital water flow meter on all ground water abstraction
structures and maintain the logbook.
