2 : All the visual finish & dimensional characteristics like O.D., Thickness conform to the specified limit & tolerance and found satisfactory.

3 : Percentage elongation : 12% (min) upto 25NB & 20% (min) above 25NB
4 : Pipes are galvanised conforming to IS : 4736 (if applicable)
5 : Pipes are threaded ends conforming to IS : 554 (if applicable)
6 : Bend Test for sizes up to 50NB, above Flattening Test required and Free Bore Test are required upto 25NB.
