?Q1.

Dose the people management strategy of care and compassion make business sense

The strategy of managing people with care and compassion drives the people and

motivates them to show their best assets, increases loyalty to the organization, a sense

of pride and interest in work, provides an environment that stimulates innovation and

learning, which achieves an increase in employee productivity and reduces the rate of

job turnover. Therefore, I think it is a successful business strategy aimed at gaining

and maintaining talent and expertise. This will be reflected in work efficiency, quality

.of service provided to customers and increased profits of the business

So , working with such principles creates cooperation and initiative and does what is

.possible by employees to achieve business goals

Q2. How does the practice of keeping employees on the edge impact business in the short and

?long run

In the short run, this practice can make employees work at their maximum potential

and increase their performance rate to achieve best results and avoid consequences

.And to take the challenges imposed by the organization and try to overcome them

.And move forward to achieve goals as soon as possible

But in the long run, this practice leads to employee stress, increased errors

resulting from loss of focus, decreased job satisfaction for employees Because of the

feeling of psychological and physical stress , and increased job turnover, which will

negatively affect the organization as a whole and face many problems related to

employees performance and achievement. These results will adversely affect the

.business in the long run and its ability to grow and thrive under these practices
Q3. Is Amazon's employer brand as reported by the new york times sustainable? Why

or why not?I think no because human resources are the most important component

.of sustainability

Therefore, preserving, developing and caring for them stimulates learning,

development, innovation and exchange of experiences. Therefore, making the

employees work under tremendous pressure in a difficult work environment and

without taking into account their circumstances and feelings leads them to collapse

and the inability to continue, the work, which will make the organization face

difficulty in recruiting and appointing new employees because it has become an

unattractive environment and does not preserve the talents and experiences it has

Continuous and increasing work pressures on employees may make the employees

better productive and achieve many returns, but for a limited period and not

.continuously

Q4. Are employees thriving under Amazon's workplace policies or are they just barly

?surviving

The high rate of job turnover at Amazon is an indication that employees are facing .

difficulty in continuing to work and their inability to prosper and develop, Which

means they are not satisfied with working there so they resort to looking for work in

other places that meet their needs and give them the ability to develop and achieve the

job satisfaction they are looking for And improve their working conditions to suit

.their desires and their social life
