Neaten the bot-
tom of the skirt.
Make a mark on
center of the skirt.
Sew on a lace.
Cut out three
frills in size
stated on the
pattern.
Apply the frills
one above other
and align them
from above.
Stitch them
from the top
using a sewing
machine with a
wide seam.
Cut out the
lower part of
skirt in size
stated on the
pattern. Make a
mark on center
of the skirt.
Pull its frill
thread.
Sew it on to the
lower part of
skirt applying
their frontal
sides.

Stitch the top
skirt on the top
with a wide
seam and pull it.
Apply the top skirt
over the bottom
one. Align centers
of the skirts. Stitch
two skirts together
on the top with a
wide seam.
Pull the thread.
Smooth out folds
on the skirt. The
skirt should be 1cm
wider than the top
of the dress (facings
should be already
bent on the top
part).
Stitch by 1cm
over the red
line.
Neaten the edge
of the skirt.
Leave 1cm of al-
lowances, bend
and stitch it.
Apply the top of
the dress to the
skirt with their
frontal parts to-
gether.
Pin the skirt to
bending line of
the facing. Do
the same thing
on the other
side.
Sew the skirt and
top of the dress to-
gether with a tem-
poral seam.
Bend the facing
of the skirt and
stitch all together
on a sewing ma-
chine. Remove
the temporal
seam.
