have been at HSBC, Prudential. Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase. Prashant spent a
considerable time working at the Corporate headquarters of GE Capital. He began his career
as a Consultant in the Audit and Business Assurance practice of Arthur Andersen. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and certified Green Belt from GE Corporate Quality. Prashant

Dhiraj Swarup; Partner
Dhiraj Swarup is an experienced professional having ~20 years of work experience in
Financial Services having worked in Senior positions at Credit Suisse, HSBC, Deutsche Bank,
Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase. He has led Global teams across India, Europe and
US with primary responsibilities being Finance and Middle Office Operations, Business
Process Transformation and Vendor management. Dhiraj has a passion for Excellence in
Service Delivery, over the period of his Corporate life he has managed over 2K team
members, he has streamlined processes, eliminated Non Value-Added Activities and more
importantly has been the face of the team in dealing with Regulators and Operational Risk.
His passion for Assurance has led him to create the Assurance Vertical in the Firm. He is a
firm believer of Enterprise Risk Management and evaluates Controls in an Objective manner
that meet the scrutiny of Regulators, are easy to implement at the ground level thereby not
creating a Cottage Industry of Controls within the Team. Dhiraj has been an entrepreneur for
past COUPLE year, he has been responsible for setting up a F&B Company; Farm to Fork
wherein he has set up a Farm in Northern India with Fine Dining Restaurant in Pune and
Cloud Kitchens in NCR and Mumbai. He has also co-founded a Social Media and Film
