Job Description: Business Development Associate Internship

Position: Business Development Associate Intern

Location : Work from Home

Shift Timings:

● 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)


● 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and enroll them into the organization's courses.
2. Revenue Generation: Contribute actively to business growth by driving consistent revenue and
meeting performance benchmarks set during the probation and full-time periods.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from The
Skillians' course offerings.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure
high retention and satisfaction.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new
opportunities.
6. Training & Development: Complete the mandatory 4-day training program before
independently handling responsibilities.
7. Adherence to Policies: Maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold ethical
standards in all sales activities.

Terms of Employment:

1. Probation Period:

○ Duration: 3 months.
○ Salary: ₹10,000/- per month during probation, with unlimited incentives based on the
incentive plan.
○ Performance Review: Probation may be extended or shortened based on performance.
2. Post-Probation:

○ Eligible candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer with a CTC of ₹2.5–3.5 LPA,
based on performance.

3. Bond Agreement:

○ Duration: 3 months.
○ Penalty: Leaving the job before completing 3 months without legitimate reasons will
result in a penalty of ₹20,000/-.

4. Incentives:

○ Incentives will be disbursed along with the salary.

5. Leaves:

○ Paid Casual Leaves: 1 per month (12 annually).


○ Paid Medical Leaves: 1 per month (12 annually).
○ Unused leaves will lapse at the end of each month.

6. Mobile Telephony Bill: Covered as part of the Cost to Company (CTC).

7. Misconduct Policy: Employment may be terminated without compensation in case of misselling or


non-performance.
