RE: SUSPENSION OF YOUR CHILD, FOR ESCAPING FROM SCHOOL
I hope this letter finds you well. It is with deep regret that I write to inform you of a
serious disciplinary issue involving your child, OWAMPEIRE JONATHAN, a student
in S.3 at Solberg College.
On [Date], it was reported that your child, along with some other students,
deliberately left the school premises without authorization, violating the school’s
rules and safety protocols. Escaping from school is a major misconduct that
endangers the safety of students and disrupts the learning environment.
After a thorough investigation and in line with the school’s disciplinary policy
according to the school rules and Regulations, the school administration has
decided to suspend your son for 2 (two) weeks from 28th July to 11th August,
2025. During this period, your child is not permitted to attend school or participate
in any school-related activities.
We urge you to discuss the gravity of this action with your child and reinforce the
importance of adhering to school rules. Upon his return, we expect improved
behavior and full compliance with school regulations. He will report on 11 th August,
2025 with 3 (three) bags of cement
You are required to attend a meeting with the school’s disciplinary committee
on Monday, 28th July, 2025 at 10:00 am in the School Office to discuss this
matter further before your child is reinstated.
We appreciate your cooperation in upholding discipline and ensuring a safe learning
environment for all students.
