Summary Tom Smith is an Englishman whose fiance, Angela, is in Istanbul for work. He traveled for Istanbul to meet and enjoy the holyday with her. However, the travel brought bad surprises for him. Still in the flight, Tom met Kemal a Turkish who lives in England. After he arrived in the city, Tom received the notice that Angela was died in an accident. He could not believe, because he saw Angela in a street of the city with some men when he was in the airports bus. After explain the situation for Tom, Mr. Dunya, the Angelas boss, gave to him the number of Mr. Pennington, a man that works in the British Consulate and told him for go until he for more information. In the Consulate, Tom talked with Mr. Pennington who explains the accident, but Tom still was not believed in that history. Tom told all the history for your friend Kemal so they resolved investigate the accident for themselves. While they walked on the Topkapi Palace, Kemal and Tom noticed that somebody was following them. The men run of your pursuer and escape for him. At night, Tom received a strange call. He told them that Julies search for him and told all the history that she knew. After that, Mr Pennington contacted the Turkish police and they investigated Dunya and his business. Angela told that she was very sick and went a doctor with the bandits, when Tom saw her in the street. Dunya needed of Angela for his business, therefore he didnt want she die. After all the explanations, everybody was alleviated, so Tom and Angela could enjoy the holyday in the city.
