Student offenses that must be monitored and addressed by the
adviser immediately.
Will be addressed by the discipline officer/ Guidance teacher if
frequently observed.
Can be addressed through positive discipline.
If the student consistently commits the same violation/offense,
sanctions and other forms of discipline may be applied.
