This Agreement is made between C-Tech Buildhome (PAN Number cQoPK1577L) O/o D-206, Galaxy
Vega Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida, West UP 201301 hereby referred to as Contractor and Krishna Builders
O/o House No. 2753, Block C, Aerocity, SAS Nagar, Mohali 140603 herby referred as client/company on

The validity of work order (time limit) is of months valid from
The work of towers would be done by MIVAN (Aluminium) shuttering for typical floors and using
conventional shuttering on other floors whereas MIVAN shuttering will be provided by the
client/company and conventional shuttering will be arranged by the contractor. At the beginning of work,
all MIVAN shuttering (with all accessories) will be handed over to the contractor and after completion of
tower work, all MIVAN shuttering (with all accessories) must be returned to the client, if any lost found
that will be debited to the contractor. Pin wedges loss bear 2.5% per floor and wall tie 1% by client
remaining loss bear by the contractor.
We are pleased to award the work of Construction of Civil Structure work of Tower (Towers - S+13)
Atlantis (structure& other work as given in this document), which are residential multi-storey buildings in
the project Punjab, to the 2nd party at the following rates and terms & conditions.
Thefollowing are the term and conditions:
1. All foundations of any type as per drawing will be executed by the contractor.
2. All steelwork will be done according to the drawing and will be executed by the contractor.
3. All RCC work at all levels patterns and heights as per the requirement of the drawing will be
executed by the contractor. (
4. All brick walls will be constructed by the contractor including the staging of bricks/curing as per
the requirement.
5. All shuttering works will be done by the contractor with a smooth surface including oiling and
tapping if any smooth surface will not be done then the same will be debited to the labor
contractor.(

6. All internal & external plaster including roofing/ceiling will be executed by the contractor, where
the plastering work has not been executed the rate for the same will be debited/deducted fron
the bill

7. The material will be given by the client, 7 days of curing is in the scope of the contractor

the construction ofthe parapet wall.
9. P.C.C. work for flooring will be done on all floors by the contractor. X
10. Concrete flooring below the stilt floor will be done by the contractor.
11. All excavation and filling are in the scope of the contractor and the supervision and technical staff
will be engaged by the contractor.
12. Any mishap/accident of labor at the site will be borne by the contractor. No liability in any way
will be borne by the company.
13. No extra rates will be provided for a double heightened area. co Sco fhelell Ke
14. The area of the Lift shaft will be deducted 50% from the area, irrespective of the building design
whatsoever. and all qre d)be meaure .
15. No extra area will be measured for the staircase or any other part of the structure.
16. Any future change in drawings will be executed by the contractor during the execution of work.
17. RMC will be provided by the client/company, and proper vibrators/compaction will be done by
the contractor. The contractor should check the quality of RMC like flow, slump, segregation, etc.
before pouring the RMC after pouring no complaint regards RMC will not be accepted. If any
from the
repair found, it will be repaired by micro concrete after taken approval

client/company. Micro concrete will be provided by the client/company. (
18. Aluminum shuttering shall be provided by the client/company and consumable materials
including shuttering oil, grease, PVC sheet, patti, etc. to be arranged by the contractor.
19. Cutting, bending, laying and binding of steel reinforcements for all types of RCC work will be done
by the contractor. The binding wire will beérranged, by thácontracto and steel will be provided
by the client/company. (
20. Couplers will be provided by the client/company and fixing will be done by the contractor.
21. Providing and fixing of cover blocks will be done by the contractor.
22. Fixing and cleaning of PVC Sleeves for balcony drain, toilets sanitary pipe, fire pipe, etc. will be
done by the contractor.
23. All holes on the shear wall & structural part will be cleaned and filled by GP2 by the contractor
and material will be provided by the client/company.

24. The curing compound will be provided by the client/company. Water connection will be provided
by the client/company at one point and all other arrangements curing pipe etc. will be done by
the contractor. (
25. Fixing of door frames work will be done by the contractor, and door frames will be provided by
the client/company whereas door frames will not be fixed by the contractor sufficient charges will
be debited from the contractor. O
26. Lifting of materials will be done by the contractor, monkey lifts will be arranged by the contractor

27. All required safety items shall be provided by the client/company as directed by the
client/company. It is essential for the contractor to strictly adhere toal safety norms. The safety
net is provided by the client/company and fixed by the contractor
28. Malba cleaning within tower premises are in the contractor's scope.
29. All machines apd tools required for the construction of the project are in the scope of the
contractor.
30. Temporary lighting and fixing will be arranged by the contractor.
31. Sufficient staff will be provided by the contractor at the site to the satisfaction of the
client/company.
32. The availability of manpower at the site shall have to be maintained sufficient by the contractor,
at least 30 working laborers per tower, so that minimum of 3 complete floor slabs per tower must
be cast per month.

1 For any construction work, no machinery will be provided by the company/client.
2. Electricity and water as per the requirement of the project will be provided by the client in one
area of the site/campus

The generator will be arranged by the client/company but its running cost will be bear by the
contractor
4. Wastage of material and poor workmanship will be debited to the contractor without an
intimation and signature of any of the person of the contractor or his representative.
5 Labour safety materials and safety measures will be taken care of by the contractor.

Undertaking from contractor
I, Mohit Pundir partner of C-tech Buildhome do hereby undertake that I can read and understand the
agreement language in English, and this agreement is executed only with my will and consent upon all the
terms and conditions mentioned above. No one has forced me to sign any word/language of the
agreement and nothing is hidden from me.
In case of any dispute arising between the parties to this agreement, the matter will be referred to the
sole arbitrator appointed by the Client/company.
All disputes at this agreement are subjected to Mohali Jurisdiction only.
