4. Job Level : Rank and File

a. Rank and File – With Overtime Pay


b. Supervisory and Managerial – Without Overtime Pay
c. Consultancy – Fixed Rate

5. Immediate Head : Ms. Melanie Morales

6. Employment Status : Six (6) months probationary period

7. Mandatory Benefits : All Government Mandated benefits such as

Social Security System (SSS), PHIC, HDMF

: 13th month pay

8. SL/VL : 1 year upon hiring/ 1 year from the date hired

Total of 5 days Sickness/Vacation Incentive Leave

You will be hired and get on board after you have completed all the pre-employment requirements as discussed
with you including a Fit to Work certificate and other documents.
