Vitalize juice company is introducing A new product in the fruit juice line Gooseberry JUICE ,that is a new product

in Pakistan. There is no such company which manufacture kiwi fruit juice due to there is no cultivation of kiwi fruit in Pakistan.. our juice is for all age people and it contains Vit A,E,C and a high quantity of fiber that helps Prevents Asthma, wheezing and coughing, especially in children, Protects our DNA from mutations. Jhjh , Provides a healthy amount of antioxidants and vitamins, Helps prevent colon cancer thanks to a high fiber content. We are importing Kiwi fruit from Simabpa Company limited located in Tehran, Iran. We chose Iran to import kiwifruit because it is near Pakistan, less transport expense and the price of kiwifruit which they are offering is reasonable which 1 $ per kg and better than other countries. We are targeting firstly Karachi in Pakistan due to huge population that is 10. 2millio with a good al status, our target market is all age people such as old peoples, children, youngsters and Demographicaly our target population

is (upper class, middle, upper middle class); Initially we are looking forward 5 % of total market share of the brave rage industry and will grow by time because in the start we are doing heavy advertisement and the mean or channel of advertisement are different for e.g we decided to adverstise our product on internet through

different web site that is costing us 0.05985 million a month and .7182 million an year, with that we are doing tv adversitment that is charging us 9.72 a month and 116.4 million per annum , beside this billboard adversitment costing us 0.833 million a month and 10 million per annum similarly we are do ing newspaper advertisement and on road activity as a advertising medium so in total on yearly we will spend around 150 millions on advertisement . on the distribution side we have select area from which in most of the area elite class people lives and some of the area are middle class area. We will distribute our product in shops that include all small and big shop but mostly and special to increase our sale or to sold all the produce units we are focusing to distribute our product in hotels because usually on daily bases they serve juice to their guest who stays in the hotel beside this we are targeting to sale our product to the hospital and the reason is doctor mostly prescribe the juices to their patients and in last we are focusing to sale our product to the supermarket where people comes and purchase juices in dozens so these are our medium to sale our total product, We have three packaging in goose berry juice 250 ml, 500ml and 1 liter and its pricing is 50 RS, 100RS and 200Rs. Our direct competitors are local companies such as shezan, haleeb, malee, Tropicana, nestle and frooto, we are competiting with these company in quality beside this we are also competiting other companies directlty who are importing the juices /energy drinks from outside the country for

e. g red bull 300 ml 85 Rs, in quality as well as in pricing beside this our goose berry juices is a juice and also provide energy, so we can say it a energy drink as well. Our indirect competitors are pepsi, coco cola, slice and similar companies . Our annual production for the goose berry juice is 6970000 units per annum from which 3000000 units are of 250ml ,. The initial investment that we are required at the startup of the company is 108.2709166 millions that include each an every expenses which are salary expenses of all staffs, operational expenses, equipment cost, advertisement expenses and fixed costs. Our annual estimated sale is of 718 million in the first annum which we have calculated in the basis of the total units and prices, at the end after all the expenses and taxation we are getting the a profit of 0.00065 million that is not enough but are in positive figure. Our first annum return on equity is 0.000000976 which is good.
