The instant unity and worthy participation are the basis of this issue. Another element explains us the problems due to unexplored technological progress. There are few people in the society who are not familiar with the new technologies but again inaccessibility to technology is not a sole reason for the failure of the movements. These movements sometimes fail because people become too much dependent on the technology, especially internet, to organize these protest events. According to (Tilly, 2004), unexplored technological progress, by the people can be discussed from various angles since it deteriorates the democratic perspectives.
